Empty background for a 2D survival cartoon: a military checkpoint on a city road, concrete blocks, sandbags, a striped barrier, a guard booth, searchlights, a fence with barbed wire. No people, no readable text. Composition: the upper third is calm night sky with searchlight beams, the lower third is clear empty road. Muted olive and dark blue palette, soft vignette. Same drawing style as the attached reference: 2D cartoon, hand-drawn look, thick black outlines, flat colors with simple soft shading, no texture. Vertical 9:16 (1080x1920). Keep all important objects inside the central 80% of the width.
