* Add a realistic hospital IV stand. * Position it **on the floor immediately beside the bed**, on the **window side**. * The IV stand must be **almost touching the side of the bed**, with only a minimal realistic gap (approximately 5–15 cm). * It must stand **closer to the bed than to any other object in the room**. * The IV stand should appear visually attached to the bedside area, not isolated in the room. * The IV tube must clearly connect to the **left hand** of the character. * The connected hand must be the hand closest to the camera. * The tube should have a natural length with slight slack and look physically believable. * It must be immediately obvious that the IV is connected to the character. --- ### Floor Trash * Remove all existing trash from the floor. * Add only the trash from the attached reference image. * Preserve exactly: * size * proportions * colors * materials * folds * arrangement * Place the trash **on the floor directly beside the bed corner closest to the window**. * The trash must be positioned **within approximately 10–20 cm of that bed corner**, not elsewhere in the room. * Do not distribute trash around the room. * No additional garbage should appear. --- ### Clothes on the Bed * Place **two dirty tank tops** on the bed, to the **left of the character**. * One tank top is **white**. * One tank top is **black**. * Both tank tops must look **heavily wrinkled**, with many natural folds and creases. * They should appear casually thrown onto the bed, not neatly folded. * The white tank top should look slightly worn with subtle gray discoloration from use. * The black tank top should also appear worn and heavily wrinkled. * Position both tank tops close together on the mattress, remaining clearly visible in the frame. * Do not place the clothes on the floor or hanging from the bed; they must rest on the bed surface only.
